A Healthy Aura

An Easy Guide to a Healthy Aura

Most of us are unaware of the health of our auras or life energy. We go about our daily business without ever giving a second thought to a very vital part of our lives. For the majority of people auras are intangible, invisible the notion of life energy is purely an idea or abstract concept, not a thing that can be monitored and measured easily like blood pressure or insulin levels. Yet life energy or auras are just as real and important as any other measurement of our health and well being.

Just because you can't see an aura doesn't mean it isn't there. You can't see a radio wave or an x-ray, but you know they exist. The truth is that auras and life energy can be measured with today's instruments. Modern medicine, being what it is, just hasn't made the technology widely available. Anyone interested in maintaining a healthy aura today must rely on others capable of seeing or sensing life energies.

Fortunately there are many practices available which we can utilize ourselves to help insure a healthy and balanced aura. Most people go through life with their auras extended far beyond a healthy range. Many of us have been lead to believe that a big, extended aura is a good thing. Actually this isn't the case. An extended aura is susceptible to all sorts of negative energies.

Your life energy becomes vulnerable to any negative energy it may come into contact with. It's a bit like walking around in cold weather wearing nothing but your underwear. You're just asking for all sorts of problems. Symptoms of an over-extended aura include; headaches, irritability, depression, stress, anxiety, muscle pain, joint pain, nausea, the list goes on.

A quick and easy solution to an extended aura is a few minutes of focused meditation. You do meditate don't you? During meditation, visualize your aura as a vibrating energy field around your entire body. Take some deep breaths and imagine your aura moving in closer to your body with each breath. Do this until you feel that your aura is less than a quarter of an inch from your body surface.

Try this exercise anytime that you sense your aura may be too "far out" You will know that this is the case if you start having random negative thoughts or begin to suffer phantom aches and pains. Your aura at those times is picking up on any illness or negativity in your immediate vicinity.

Another easy fix for an extended aura is to soak in a nice long bath. Water has an amazing ability to rejuvenate life energy. Water also happens to compress the aura to its healthiest size. Ever wonder exactly why a hot bath feels so relaxing? Water rebalances our life energy. It's no accident that we spend the first nine months of life submerged in water. Water sustains us.

Your aura may be positioned perfectly and still require some healing. This is often the case when we spend any length of time with truly negative people or suffer from any kind of shock or turmoil. If you are feeling drained or low on energy take some time to recharge yourself, meditate, drink plenty of water give your body some rest and allow your aura some time to heal naturally.

Another consideration of a healthy aura concerns clothing and color. Color can have a direct affect on the health of our life energy. As a rule of thumb aura energy reacts to color in much the same way as light. Dark colors tend to absorb life energy and lighter colors reflect it. Wearing black or dark colors everyday can attract any type energy, whereas lighter colored clothing reflects the energy of others while keeping our own energy insulated. If you are in constant contact with large groups of people you should consider a lighter colored wardrobe. Otherwise you are likely to absorb the energy of everyone around you, good, bad and ugly.

The dark colored business suit really isn't a good idea where aura energy is concerned.

Maintaining a healthy and well balanced life energy level is a lot less difficult and mysterious than many might think. It requires no more effort than watching what you eat or monitoring your physical reactions to the environment. As with many other aspects of our health, vigilance is the key to a healthy and nurtured aura.

Quick Tips for Instant Calm

Relax Your Jaw
Notice if you are clenching your jaw. For the next five minutes, allow the muscles in your jaw to relax. Notice 10 times throughout the day if your jaw has become clenched and tight. Less tension here makes you feel less stressed. 

Take a Focus Break
Place a finger in the middle of your eyebrows. Lower your head slightly so your chin is close to your chest. Close your eyes, and focus your eyes on your finger tip for one minute. It's fine if your eyelids flutter. This breaks the pattern of stressful thoughts and creates calm. 

Blackberry Calm
Change the welcome display on your PDA or Blackberry to "Choose Calm" or "Breathe!" or "Be Calm NOW!" This will be a constant reminder to practice creating calm. 

The Calm Commuter
Take a deep breath in. Close your eyes. Count to three. Exhale for a count of three. Be sure there is no pause between your in- and out-breaths. This circular breathing both clams you and increases your energy.

Screensaver Reminder
To prepare for calm, change the screensaver on your computer at work and on your laptop to display reminders to practice techniques for calm. You can use "Deep Calm'.Breather".or simply "Calm."

A Deep Breath
Breathe in for four counts. Hold for one count. Breathe out for four counts. Allow your in-breathing to be deep and full.

The Calm Heart
Remember a time when you felt totally relaxed. Where were you? Perhaps it was watching a sunset. Or walking in nature. Maybe it was on vacation on a tropical island where you allowed everyday stresses tosimply drift away.

Close your eyes and remember that time. Try to remember the scents, sensations, and experiences you enjoyed. What feelings washed over you? How relaxed did your body feel? Whatever memory you now experience, give yourself permission to experience it again.

Place your hand on the place in your body where you most experience these sensations. It may be that you now have a more relaxed feeling in your forehead, or that your breathing has slowed as you remember the feeling of calm. Perhaps you experience a feeling of delight and ease in your chest as you remember the waves lapping by the seashore on your last vacation.

Now keep your hand on the place on your body where you notice the sensations the most and visualize the symbol of a heart. Visualize this symbol when you want to recall the sensations you now feel in your body.

I Am Calm
With each in-breath say to yourself, " I AM"
With each out-breath say "CALM"

Repeat this five times. Notice which parts of your body feels more relaxed, open, quiet, still, and calm.

This is a mantra technique.
A mantra is a sacred word or syllable that is repeated, out loud or inwardly, to achieve a certain effect. Scientific research has shown that ancient techniques such as practicing mantras powerfully create calm.

The Serene Subway
Close your eyes. Imagine your spine is a tube of pure white light. Imagine the light grows brighter and more intense. (Perfect for subway and bus commuters)

The Candle Flame
At home, light a candle and place it an arm's distance from your eyes. For five minutes gently keep your eyes focused on the flame.

The word aura comes from the Greek language. Translated, it means air or breath. It is defined as an invisible emanation or vapor, as the aroma of flowers, or a particular atmosphere or quality that seems to arise from and surround a person or thing. The easiest way to describe it is as an organic energy field that surrounds all living things.

Spiritually advanced people, such as Jesus Christ and Buddha, as well as their students, were depicted with golden halos by artists. In Australia, prehistoric cave drawings of people with halos of light around their heads and shoulders were found. Children under the age of five see auras naturally. Often you will see them looking above a person, and no matter how much one may smile or speak in a loving manner, the child will cry. Most likely they do not like the color of the aura they are seeing. Children see and sense auras more easily than adults because they have not had time to suppress their instinct by following external examples.

Watching someone's aura gives you the advantage of seeing someone's feelings, thoughts, intentions, or state of health before they even speak. Imagine a world were no one could lie or be deceitful because one could see the truth in their aura. The aura doesn't lie. Think about being able to see potential disease or illness and being able to resolve it before it gets out of control. The aura can also allow us to see the spiritual nature of an individual. If you detect a bright, clear energy field, you will know a person is kind, balanced, and spiritually strong. Anyone with a gray or dark aura has challenging concerns ahead and may not have clear intentions.

Seeing auras is not as difficult as one may assume. With a bit of practice, concentration, and positive intention, we can all see auras. Of course, there are those who can see them naturally without any exercise or guidance. For the scientifically minded, we find that in today's technology, auras, which give off heat as well as light, can be measured by special photography equipment. A Russian scientist named Kirlian discovered a process to photograph auras using high frequency electrical fields. Hence, we have what is now referred to as Kirlian photography. Varied frequencies allow us to see different details. When we see a disturbance in the energy pattern, it can indicate a disturbance in the organism.

The closest energy field to the body tends to be white and from this point out is where we see colors. As the aura is forever changing depending on health and moods, so will the colors around the person or thing we are observing. Happiness will yield a glistening and large aura. Sickness or sadness leaves us with an energy field that is smaller and dull. The size and shapes are not consistent, and everyone is unique.

One of the ways to observe an aura is visually. By merely looking at an individual, plant, or animal for a time, you will eventually see what looks like a white light or glow around its form. Some can immediately see this emanation and for others it takes longer. Often I hear people say they have seen auras since childhood but never knew what it was.

Edgar Cayce, America's best-documented psychic, also known as the Sleeping Prophet as most of his readings where done in a sleep state, was always aware of people's auras. He passed away in 1945, but today his psychic readings constitute some of the most convincing records of intuitive information to emanate from a single individual. Cayce stated, "Ever since I can remember, I have seen colors in connection with people. It was a long time before I realized that other people did not see these colors. I do not ever think of people except in connection with their auras; I see them change in my friends and loved ones, as time goes by-sickness, defection, love, fulfillment-these are all reflected in the aura, and for me the aura is the weathervane of the soul. It shows which way the winds of destiny are blowing."

The colors we see in connection with the aura are very significant. Color appears to be a characteristic of the vibration of matter, with our spirit reflecting three-dimensionally in atomic patterns. To this day we associate color with moods and feelings. She was green with envy; he was feeling blue today; I was so angry I saw red, and the list goes on. You probably already know, feel, and see more than your realize about color and auras.

 

Seeing Another Person's Aura 

Choose a time when there are few distractions and you are comfortable with your surroundings. Hopefully you will find a willing and open-minded subject you can work with.Situate the person in front of a plain white background, such as a soft white wall, drape, or sheet. A colored background can be confusing when first starting out. Focus on the middle of their forehead-the third eye. In ancient times, cultures in India and elsewhere put a mark on their forehead (distinguishing the third eye) as a type of an invitation to look into their aura and see.

After approximately thirty seconds analyze the area with your peripheral vision. Remember to keep your focus on the spot in the center of their forehead.

Do not glance around and do keep your concentration. Eventually, you will see the background directly behind the individual is brighter and clearly different than the backdrop actually behind them. This is the aura as you see it. It will become more clear with more focus. You may see several colors or just one or two at first.

To see your own aura, stand or sit in front of a large mirror and follow the same procedure as above.

 

Meanings of the Colors of the Aura

Most people have one or two colors that dominate their aura. Combinations of colors and flashes of colors must be taken into consideration when analyzing the aura. Included here are the basic colors and their meanings.

White refers to the combination of colors; remember that we're referring to light not pigment. White (bright light) will always have a positive vibration. We should strive for bright light not white the color. It has been noted that hours before death a person's aura becomes the color white and increases. In many cultures, note that the aura upon or before death is illustrated in white, not black.

Red represents the physical body. It can indicate force, energy, and stamina. This color can betoken a person who is self-centered, materialistic, athletic, or sexual. Deeper shades of red lean toward the negative interpretation, while lighter shades represent the more positive.

Orange is thoughtfulness, self-control, and optimism. As the sun can be uplifting, so can people projecting this color. An individual with orange in their aura can impact insights to others. Some possible challenges may be: falling in love with people who do the reciprocal, as well as, issues of trust.

Yellow in the golden tones can indicate well-being and deep inner wisdom. If the yellow is flushed this could mean a person tends to be timid and may be looking to start life all over again in a different manner. Nevertheless, the positive aspects of basic yellow put a person in a natural flow of things. They absorb information easily and essentially enjoy life.

Green signifies a good listener who focuses on healing the self and others. This is the color of various types of healers. Green is nature's color providing peace and harmony-someone helpful but not domineering. If you see green leaning toward yellow, it can imply deceit and indecisiveness.

Blue is the color of the spirit, meditation, and truth. All shades of blue are good. Artistic people are apt to have blue in their auras. Sometimes they may be a bit melancholy, but for the most part are spiritually-minded and dedicated to a cause or project.

Purple is the most mystical of all the colors. It deals with spirituality, intuitive nature, and seekers. This color does not usually linger and is not too strong for any length of time. Often it will settle into a deep shade of blue. But when you do see it, it signifies that the person it surrounds has spiritual thoughts and strong insights at the time.

Colors mirror the body, mind, and spirit. Pay attention to them in yourself and others. Nature provides us with the tools to see auras. All you have to do is make a conscious effort to see and the knowledge is yours!

Part 2

Your Guides are your friends, so get to know them as such. Find a quiet place where there are no interruptions, which for me is in the shower, away from the children and family. Once you have found your quiet place then talk to Spirit like you do any other friends. Tell them how you feel, your thoughts and problems, remember they are your friends, and they will try to help give you answers. Your Guides are there to help you and they love you. Tell them your worries, if there is nobody else there to listen to you, they will listen, tell them what your concerns are, and ask for help. If your Guide can't help you, they will take it to a higher level. It may have to go to the highest level, where they will help you, that is what your Guides are there for. Your Guides are also there to help others, if that is what you have chosen to do. But firstly they are there for you, as they are your Guide friends that care about you and love you, for just being you, always remember this.

The more you use your Clairvoyant Guide, the more you start recognizing the messages, through practice it will become clearer. Most people find this frustrating, as your Healing Guide can come in very strongly, sometimes stronger than others. Most people have being able to feel the vibration, of the Energy from their Healing Guide. Your Clairvoyant Guide is a little different, it is harder to tune into this vibration. With time and with speaking to your Guides along with the Power of Prayer, things will become easier. We are all Souls ourselves and all do have this ability to fine-tine ourselves to our Guides.

There will always be answers for you. You will always be heard, be it by God or your Guides, someone will answer you.

If you are having problems being able to feel your Guide around you, then you will need to get in touch with this Guide through the Mediation state. Ask your Guides to help you feel and see clearly while you meditate. Once again this is a skill that can take time and patience to learn, you may need a few attempts. A meditation state is where you slow down your mind and body. When you slow down your mind and body. When you slow yourself down you can let Spirit vibration flow. There are many different ways to meditate, so find one that works best for you.

In the meditation state always start by asking your Guides to come and hold your hand. At first you may feel or sense them being there, standing near you. Your Clairvoyant Guide, comes from your right side. You might feel that you are drawn to that side. When you know that your Clairvoyant Guide is trying to get a message through, ask for your Clairvoyant Guide to come and stand next to you so you can get the feel of this Guide. You may feel your Guides hand very strongly taking a hold of yours; or you may feel Energy around your hand. This is when you know your Guide is stepping forward to be with you. When you are ready. Look up past their hand and just look at the clothing. Then from the clothing you may get a sense or feeling of what era or time they come from. You have spent one or more lifetimes with your Guides. This is why they are now there to work with you, so you will feel you know this Guide instantly because you have being with this Guide before. The love and acceptance that you feel from your Guides is also very strong. Once again it all boils down to yourself, what and how things Flow for you. In workshops that I have done, each individual has had different experiences. But they each feel their Guides one way or another, it might be that they have felt their Guides hands holding theirs, or some may get touched on their shoulder by their Guides, some can see just their Guides eyes, or face. There are some people that don’t see their Guides, but they can feel a strong presence of a Guide being there with them, or some can see an outline of light around their Guide.

There are many different ways that you can receive and feel your Guide. Most people will first get a powerful feeling of love, they will feel the beauty that is around them. And have a wonderful feeling of understanding and acceptance of who they are and of the paths that they are living and following.

Your own Guides know you well, they love you, for just being you, always remember this, and they understand your thoughts and your life. Your Guide has chosen to be there with you, to help guide you through your experiences and choices. They will not judge you, but they will try to help you see and understand yourself more clearly.

There have being times that my Guides have told me off, but when this happens, it is normally because I should have listened to them in the first place. I find it so easy to help others and to give messages for others, but when it comes to myself, I find it hard to listen. I know that I must frustrate my Guides at times, but I also know that they allow me to be me. This can give my Guides and myself plenty to laugh at, at times. So once you can Meditate and feel your Guides around you, you can then learn and grow together. With time and practice, you will find that you will become stronger with your Clairvoyant Guide. You must remember that we are all individuals, we are all doing things at our own level, in our own time and in our own way. Just because someone appears to do it better and differently from the way you work with your Guide, it does not mean the way you work with your Guide is the wrong way. Everybody does things in life in different ways, and what works for you, is what is right for you at any given time.

There are many different ways to fine tune into your Clairvoyant ability, there are also many different tools that can help us to get the Flow and to keep the Flow. These include Tarot cards, rune stones, to crystal readings.

Clairvoyant Guide

 

First and foremost, part of your Clairvoyance is listening to ones own heart, intuition and using that knowing, acknowledging that the first thing that comes to you is right.

Clairvoyance can be hard to tap into, but most people use it unknowling in every day life. There are times when you are thinking of someone, and then they turn up or phone. Haven’t you had times yourself saying, "I was just thinking about you". Then there are the times that you meet someone who you take a instant dislike to. Normally you will find out that you were right to feel that way. You may have meet a stranger who you feel you have know all your life even tho you have never met in this lifetime. This is because you are from the same Soul Family. A Soul Family is a very large group of Spirits that are all on the same level or learning path. You can have many instincts throughout the day, week, month or year. This is the first part of Clairvoyance, so you must learn to recognize these and listen to them.

Clairvoyance is a sensing, there are many ways of feeling this sensing. It can come as a feeling, a knowing, a seeing, or a hearing, these are all things that are part of your sixth sense. It is very hard to know whether whatever you are getting is right, confirmation take a while and many years to practice, it is also about having confidence in yourself.

Clairvoyance is within everyone’s ability, as we are all Spirit in the first place. When you can use it to help others, it is an enjoyable and very loving thing to be able to use. To give out some insights into the future, some hops of improving life generally.

I do believe that each and everyone can use Clairvoyance. Once again it comes down to learning to use your ability and to looking after yourself while opening up to Spirit.

Your Clairvoyant Guide or Psychic Guide, is a label I choose, so call this Guide whatever fits with you. With your Healing Guide the connection is a lot easier, as Healing is done with love and concern for a person. When you touch someone who is not well, the Healing happens automatically. Like anything, there are naturally strong Healers and others that have chosen to develop this, and who become stronger with this, so your Healing Guide seems a lot easier that your Clairvoyant Guide.

Your Clairvoyance can take time to be developed. There are some people who are natural Psychics, while others need to develop this to become stronger with there ability. But like everything in life even the best Psychics in the world, all had to learn through their own experiences, trail and error. This is also a very normal part of life. To learn doesn’t just happen overnight, it takes time to develop so don’t try to hurry the process.

Once you get in touch with your Clairvoyant Guide, your development will become easier.

Remember, it is through practice and patience this will also develop.

So learning to use your Clairvoyant Guide in everyday life is helpful to you. It will help with growth and understanding of yourself as an individual. It can bring you balance in life. It can also help to bring a Flow and peace to your being. Your Clairvoyance Guide can be helpful to others if you wish them to do so, this is also your free choice. With your Clairvoyant Guide, it is generally the first feeling, sensing or knowing that comes in for you. Most people find this hard at first, as you may think that this is your own thought that you are having. But this is not your own thought. You will find that when you get messages from spirit, they will come to you as very fast thoughts. If you really thought about this at the time, you would know this is not your own thought patterns. Spirit time and thought is a lot faster than ours, so this is why the message will flow so quickly. So the more you work with your Clairvoyant Guide, the more quickly you will be able to recognize this fast flow and spirit vibration.

Not all Psychics can see or hear spirit, but that doesn’t mean that they are not good at their work.

Remember we are all individuals and we all do things in different ways.

Every time you work with your Clairvoyant Guide it does get stronger and the fine tuning comes in more. The more experience you have with talking to your Guides the easier it will become.

You must try to find your own Flow with Spirit, but if you are trying too hard to get messages through, you may end up blocking yourself .I know I have done this myself at times. This is because I have been worried about a reading that I was meant to be doing. Normally because of my human thoughts or perception of that individual. Maybe they are well known to me, or I may have felt the need to impress that person for some reason. I would then worry and tell myself that I had to be the best for that person (Silly I know!) So I would get all worked up, I would then open up, and then there would not be any Flow for me. The harder I tried, The more I would block spirit, and thankfully I have learnt this lesson well. I have realized that I need to relax and let the messages flow. Something else I did learn, was to trust spirit and be comfortable to let spirit messages flow, for without Spirit there is no flow. Normally I am very relaxed when I do a reading. I have faith in my guides and just accept whatever information is given to me at the time. So it all comes back to The Flow. To know that when you are doing spirit work, you are there as a tool and a messenger for spirit. Let spirit know that you are happy for Spirit to work through you and with you.

Animal Guide and Guardian Angel

Animal Guides

 
Now to touch on your Animal Guides. We all have the animal kingdom helping us, protecting us and loving us in the Spirit World. They are there to help us because, through this they can have experinces with you, so they too can grow and learn, for they also need to evolve.
 
You have two Animal Guides to Protect you , there is one that I call a Border Guide. This Animal Guide stays close to you and is there to protect only you. There may have being times that many of you will have felt your hairs stand up on end, or it may feel like someone has walked over your grave or something like that. This is you Animal Guide trying to alert you to a suituation that may be happening around you, maybe something or someone around you does not feel right to your Animal Guide at that particular time. All animals have a very strong sixth sense. This is why your animal is there to help you. They have choosen to help and work with you, and especially to protect you.
 
The other Animal Guide, is what I call the outer Boundary Guide, this Guide is there to protect your home, your loved ones. They watch over your children and all the things you care about. You may have felt that something is not right, with your children or your loved ones. That is when your Boundary Guide is normally trying to warn you something is not quite right.
 
To get in touch and find your Animal Guides, you will have to go into a meditation state. Tell your Animal Guide's before you go into meditation state that you would like them to approach you. For them to show themselves to you . You might find that your Animal Guide may not show themselves straight away. They may first show themsleves in all these beautiful vibrant colours, sometimes you may feel, or get a sense of these animals, so go with that.
 
In workshops I have done, there have being some people that have found it hard to accept the animals that have being shown. Because they may have wanted a wolf or bear, something along those lines. One lady in a workshop got a rabbit, and she was sure that this was not the right animal for her.
 
She tried to tell that rabbit to go away, so she could replace it with something more magnificent, like a lion, or a tiger, it was really funny how upset she was about a lowly rabbit. But rabbits have a very fine sense of danger approaching, they can sense things from miles away, she was absolutely blesssed to have this rabbit there for her.
 
Once she understood this, she was pleased to have this lovely animal. When you try to change your animal you are just wasting your time. You have to accept the first animal that there is. These animals choose to work with us and they are there for  good reasons.
 
So accept what ever comes your way . All animals have such a wonderful sensing ability, and your animal will help you, so they in turn can evolve also.
 
Angels
 
I'm sure everyone has heard the term Guardian Angels. We all have one to help us at certain times in our life. The difference between Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides can be confusing. Your Guides are there to help and guide you in everyday life. Your Guardian Angel comes in for you when you feel at a crisis point in your life.
 
Angels have a magical blessing presence. They can create miracles. They bring in the strongest form of healing, light and love when it is needed most.
 
Another form of Angel power is reaching out to others. The Angels encourage you to reach out with an Angel's touch wherever its needed most. This is truly an Angelic act. If you have a problem that your Guides cant help you with, they may go to a higher level for help. This can be a Angel or you can ask your Guides to contact a Angel for you, if you feel you need one at anytime. Angels are beautiful beings that have your best interests and well being at heart. They are always there for you, and we can ask for an Angel to help you at anytime.
